Pippa Rann Books & Media (PRBM) works hard to give you a good experience of buying our products. Normally, therefore, it is unlikely that products purchased from us will arrive in a damaged or unsatisfactory condition. But, if a product does arrive in a damaged condition for reasons within our control, we guarantee to rectify the situation as promptly as possible.
Orders from individuals:
If you haven’t received your order, or if a portion of it is missing or damaged, please contact publisher@pipparannbooks.com within 25 days of placing your order to receive a fulfilment, replacement or refund of your order.
Having received your order, if for any reason you wish to return to us a book that you have purchased directly from PRBM, we accept returns of books within 30 days of receipt of the books, provided they are in print and in re-sellable condition. The cost of such return is your responsibility. Please be sure to enclose a copy of your invoice with the items being returned and ship them via a trackable method to:

Orders from bookshops:
In case of orders sent directly from bookshops to Salt Desert Media (and its imprints, Pippa Rann Books and Global Resilience Publishing), returns policy is as above, except that the agreed period for unsold books is directly agreed between the bookshop and Salt Desert Media. Usually, however, sales to bookshops are made via our Distributors, with whom orders may be placed, and with whom any and all matters regarding returns should be discussed, agreed, and implemented.
